Ngoni Patony Musendo is an award winning Zimbabwean lawyer and leadership developer. Musendo is the founder of Student Connect Trust. He is also an author.
Background
Ngoni Patony Musendo was born Patony Porepore Musendo on 24 November 1977 in Rusape. He is married to Takudzwa Musendo and they have two children Joanna and Mudiwawashe.
Education
Patony attended Dangamvura Primary School for his Grade 1 and two before proceeding to Sheni Primary School where he finished his primary education. He then went for his Form 1 to 4 at Dangamvura High School and his Form 5 to 6 at Mutare Boys High School. After his completing his secondary education he enrolled at the University of Zimbabwe where he studied for a Bachelor of Laws Honours and Master of Arts in Leadership and Management. He also has a Diploma in Project Planning and Management from CCOSA and a Diploma in Biblical Studies from the Cornerstone Bible Academy.
Career
He is a partner at Kamusasa and Musendo Legal Practitioners in Harare and he has been practising law since 2000. In 2006 he founded Student Connect Trust (SCOT). The trust grooms youths, especially students and offers life skills training as well as building character. Musendo is the Executive Director of SCOT and he also does part time consultancy work with Lifetime Consulting based in the United Kingdom. In November 2014, Ngoni published the book The Emmaculate Calling.
