Contoversy
In January 2016, Harare Central Hospital security guards assaulted several nurses who were demonstrating against Zvavamwe’s decision to purchase her service vehicle, ahead of the hospital's critical operations. Zvavamwe allegedly, bought a Jeep Cherokee for $87 000, which had been raised from patients instead of purchasing critical drugs which were in shortage.[1]
