    • Zimbabwe has a memorable win against Ghana (2-1) at Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) in Egypt.
    • The Zimbabwe dollar crashes to a record low of Z$165,000 against the US dollar on the parallel market.
    • Zimbabwe's national cricket manager, Mohammed Meman, is fired after 15 years on the job. He describes the move as "an absolute disgrace".
