Justice Andrew Mutema was a Zimbabwean judge who participated in the Zimbabwe's war of liberation.

Mutema joined the liberation struggle in 1977 before being deployed for three months. Mutema went to Romania where he received training in physics and anti-aircraft radar. He was demobilised in 1982 and joined the Zimbabwe Judicial system in 1986.

In March 2015 he passed a judgement declaring spot fines unlawful in a case involving former legislator Njabuliso Mguni. He was the Principal Judge in the First Division of the COMESA at the time of his death in August 2015. Mutema is the first judge to be buried at the National Heroes Acre.
