Solomon Mutsvairo was one of Zimbabwe's most prolific writers and poets. Some of his outstanding works include the book Feso and the composition of the lyrics of the current national anthem of Zimbabwe. Mutsvairo also penned the poem 'Nehanda Nyakasikana, which was a personal favourite of the late vice president, Simon Muzenda.
