Steve Vickers is a Zimbabwean radio and television personality.
Background
Vickers was born in Britain but moved to Zimbabwe in 1993. Three years later he married Tellmore and together they have a daughter Rufaro .[1]
Career
He has over 29 years of experience in radio, television and print journalism. He was a radio presenter in the United Kingdom and worked in radio and TV at ZBC as well as for the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) World Service radio for Africa, and he does football commentary for SuperSport and for Star FM.
Vickers is Star FM's head of sport and part of the Daily Sports Zone team which also includes Chief Koti. Apart from being a sportscaster, he presents the Recharge on Sunday mornings.[2]
