Steven Makatuka is a Zimbabwean footballer who plays for CAPS United Football Club as a defender.

Career

Makatuka started his football career at division one side HippoValley Football Club where he was also playing other players such as Dominic Chungwa and Ronald Pfumbidzai.[1] He then signed for Makepekepe at the start of the 2013 season when he was virtually unknown but made an impressive adjustment in his debut season at the club and has been a regular ever since.

Transfer Rumours

Makatuka was rumoured to have been seriously considering a move away from the Green Machine days before the start of the 2015 soccer season.[2] Their boycott was due to unpaid signing on fees which the club owed the player. The player eventually showed up for preseason training and has consistently featured for Caps in the premier league.
