Opening A Football Academy In South Africa

In February 2019, William and his brother opened an academy in East London, South Africa where they are based. Named the Mugeyi Sports Academy, located at Kidds Beach and Willow Park in East London, the academy opened its doors for young, aspiring South African male and female footballers. [2]

The Mugeyis were so identical, referees would confuse them and sometimes penalise the wrong twin for the other twin's mistakes. The twins were used to playing and staying together that in 1995 when William's brother was loaned to an Israeli team he confessed he missed his twin so much he would call him every day.
