Zesa Suspends Payments to Oscar Pambuka and Psychology Maziwisa Owned PR Company
Zesa has with immediate effect blocked payments meant for Psychology Maziwisa and Oscar Pambuka owned PR company Fruitful Communications. According to a report in the Herald, the firm was hired to do PR for the group after undue pressure from the Energy and Power Development Minister Dr. Samuel Undenge who directed ZPC and the Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company "to hand-pick Fruitful Communications to do public relations consultancy for the firms." ZESA blocked the payments as it didn't feel any meaningful work was being done by the PR company.
