Archford Gutu is a Zimbabwean international footballer who played in the local Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League as well as the Zimbabwe National Soccer Team also known as the Warriors.

Archford Gutu was born on 5 August 1993.[1]
Career
Gutu played for the national under 23 team before he was promoted to play for the Warriors. Gutu plays for a Swedish club called IFK Värnamo.[1] He also played for the Zimbabwe National Soccer Team.[2]

Controversy
Asiagate Scandal
Gutu was one of the players who were implicated in the controversial Asiagate Scandal in 2011. Together with other players accused of match-fixing, Gutu was given a temporary suspension by the Zimbabwe Football Association. They were eventually cleared of any wrong-doing after FIFA had intervened.[4]
