Born in Bindura. He attended Chipindura primary school. Later he moved to Dzivarasekwa in Harare. For his secondary education, Celcius went to Ellis Robins boys high school. He started music when he was still in school and says his style was inspired by his brother Megga Spice. His first recordings where at Top Mafia Records with Badman. He has said that the initial days were not east: "The journey was not easy at all because my family had mixed reactions as to the path I chose to follow, so it's not everyone who supported my decision to venture into music career." Celcius says he had to work with the pressure until he made a breakthrough with Mega Artz.[1]
