Gudyanga has been the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Mines and Mining Development of the Republic of Zimbabwe since September 2013. In 2007 he was the Permanent Secretary of Science and Technology Development. He has been a Director of The Dubai Diamond Exchange since November 2013.[1]
