Harlington Shereni is a former Zimbabwean footballer who played who played for various clubs locally and abroad. He was part of the historic Class of 98 Dynamos Football Clubteam which reached the finals of the African Clubs championship. He also played for the national team locally referred to as the warriors.

Background

Shereni was born on the 6th of July in 1975 in the then Salisbury town which is now called Harare.

Football Career

Shereni was part of the Dynamos Dream Team of 1998 which reached the African Champions League finals in 1998. He played for the club from 1998 to 1999. In 1999, Shereni moved from Harare club Dynamos to Swiss side Delemont. Shereni then moved from the Swiss club and went on to a French team Nantes. After spending six years with Nantes, Shereni wa loaned to Strasbourg a Ligue Two club.
