My Own Boss is a reality TV show that was launched in 2007 in a bid to stir up youth entrepreneurship by engaging in a multimedia experiential learning and mentorship process. It is an experiential, multimedia, reality business program that seeks to unlock the entrepreneurial skills in aspiring young entrepreneurs between the ages of 18-35 years. The program started as a television business reality show that focused on mentoring young entrepreneurs and providing exciting business lessons for television audiences across all ages and backgrounds throughout the nation of Zimbabwe and Zambia.
