Shoko Festival Themes
Each year, Shoko Festival has a theme chosen by the team organising the event. The theme usually reflects on Harare’s beautiful people to tune in to the many voices and sounds that reverberate in the city. The voices are those of the rappers and singers, the comedians and poets as well as the many voices of young innovators and citizen journalists dreaming of a new tomorrow. Shoko is a festival throwing the eclectic call of the world’s urban culture movement into the streets from one electric venue.
