Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales and Distribution Regional Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Recruiting & selecting Agents.
- Training and developing Sales Representatives.
- Conducting performance reviews and training needs identification.
- Managing the business procured by the unit and helping to meet and exceed targets.
- Prospecting for new markets.
- Insuring provision of quality service to all clients.
- Implementing the code of conduct.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Risk and Insurance / Sales and Marketing.
- Certificate of Proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent Supervisory Skills.
