Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the above post which has arisen within the Zimbabwe Lands Commission Secretariate. Reporting to Secretary for Zimbabwe Lands Commission.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Overall departmental level planning and coordination of implementation of Land Audit and Land Inspections.
- Planning and execution of Land Audits and Land Inspections.
- Providing advice to the Commission on Land Audits and Land Inspections.
- Development of Programme based Departmental Budget Estimates of expenditure.
- Production of Land Audit and Land Inspection reports and making recommendations for consideration by Land Audit, Technical and Environment Committee (LATEC) Development and review of Land Audit and Inspection related Policies.
- Any other work as may assigned by the Secretary for Zimbabwe Land Commission.
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in Agriculture, Land Management, Environ-mental Science or Agricultural specialisations from a recognized institution.
- A Master's Degree in any of the agricultural related specialisations is an added advantage.
- 10 years of government work experience in Agriculture, Land Administration and Management or Agriculture Advisory services of which 5 years should have been at Manager or Deputy Director equivalent grade in government service.
