Head of Strategy, Insights and Innovation

Job Description

Suitably qualified, experienced and motivated candidates are invited to apply for the position of Head Strategy, Insights & Innovation, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for strategy analysis and planning, manage, communicate and monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives, manage innovation and product development as well as support decision making, strategic analysis and product development through provision of data insights.

Qualifications and Experience

• First Degree in Business/Economics/Engineering/Law.
• MBA will be an added advantage.
• 10 years plus experience in the Financial sector, 5 or more years should be in Senior Management role.
