Zimbuild Property Investments Is Looking For A Project Quality Controller(QC).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing the Project Quality control Plan for measuring and ensuring conformance of works to material, specifications, workmanship and approval of works.
- Shall maintain an inventory of quality control documentation for approval and acceptance by the client.
- Monitor and ensure conformance of works to all quality standards as specified in the BOQs,drawings and Project Specifications.
- Shall be responsible for undertaking Quality management capacity Building for the Project team as and when required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must have a Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture or Quantity Surveying
- Must be computer literate conversant with Document control Systems and Engineering reporting software.
