Property Development Technician

Job Description

This role is individually accountable for developing project briefs and prepare and present design proposals including 3-D virtual models of architectural designs using computer-aided design (CAD) and other design software, as well as traditional drawing methods for project feasibility/viability.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Project formulation and appraisal.
• Develop project briefs and prepare and present design proposals including 3-D virtual models of architectural designs using computer-aided design (CAD) and other design software, as well as traditional drawing methods for project feasibility/viability.
• Contribute to planning applications and other regulatory application procedures.
• Project management and reporting including supervision of construction projects and co-ordination, monitoring and inspection of work done by contractors.
• Evaluate and advise on refurbishment, reuse, recycling and deconstruction of buildings.
• Review of proposals from consultants including analyzing architectural plans and drawings, highlighting any possible risks or problems.
• Stakeholder engagement and management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor of Engineering (BEng): Architectural Engineering (Required).
