Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitoring of loans falling into arrears and recovering loan amounts handed over for collection.
• Monitoring performance of loans disbursed.
• Recovery of loaned amount (s) from defaulters.
• Evaluation of loans in arrears.
• Recommending and initiating legal proceedings.
• Making follow up visits to defaulting clients.
• Representing the bank in court.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Debt Recovery, Banking, Microfinance or Credit or any Business related degree.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in debt collection/ recoveries.
• Clean driver's licence (2 years older) is a must.
