Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Relations Officer to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Making cold calls to attract potential customers.
- Deliver product knowledge to customers through effective communication to increase consumer understanding and product sales.
- Promote and up-sell product to maximize sales opportunities where necessary.
- Conduct site visits to generate more leads.
- Visit existing and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Handle incoming walk-in customers, phone calls, appointments and messages.
- Address customer’ needs and concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
- Provide constructive feedback on sales, customers and product.
- Conduct price survey.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
- 2-3 years’ experience in Sales.
- Fuel Industry Sales experience is an added advantage.
