Higher Education Minister, Professor Jonathan Moyo has refused to instruct the University of Zimbabwe to issue graduation protesters with their degrees. Twitter user requested,

Moyo threatened to withhold Tonderai Dombo‘s degree following the graduation ceremony. At the time Moyo said,
Just because one is Mr Dombo does not mean they should throw stones everywhere anytime. Disrupting a graduation ceremony can cost a degree!
