Harare magistrate Mr Vakayi Chikwekwe today removed Prophetic, Healing and Deliverance (PHD) leader Walter Magaya‘s, reporting conditions. Last month, Magaya who is charged with raping a church member, had his reporting conditions relaxed to once a week after Vakayi Chikwekwe ruled that he was not a flight risk.
Chikwekwe also ordered the State to furnish Magaya with a trial date on his next remand appearance on November 15.
