Shareholders of CFI Holdings Limited are at loggerheads over a deal to dispose of Longford Estates , an 834 hectare estate located 15 km from Harare. Only a year ago, shareholders voted to dispose of the land to raise capital. However, Nick Van Hoogstraten one of the shareholders is seeking to reverse the transaction saying that he has discovered “illegal” issues and conflict of interest in the deal.
