According to a reuters report, Econet Wireless has reached an out of court settlement with Bharti Airtel International, bringing to a close the long running dispute. Econet won a lawsuit against Bharti in January 2012 and were awarded US $3.1 billion. However, Airtel appealed and lost the case, setting the ground for an out of court settlement. However, so far no details have been given on the nature of the settlement deal.
