Mliswa explains meeting with "gay ganster" Kasukuwere

Norton legislator, Temba Mliswa, has played down concerns about his imminent return to the Zanu PF party saying he had ambitions outside the ruling party.

On Wednesday, the former Zanu PF chair for Mashonaland West was on Wednesday pictured with party national political commissar Saviour Kasukuwere in the latter’s Local Government Ministry offices with signs the former friends turned bitter enemies had finally recovered their close relationship.

However, Mliswa refuted claims that they had reconciled and said he had called on Kasukuwere as minister to try and seek a resolution to a land dispute involving hundreds of Zanu PF stand-owners in Norton who face eviction from a developer, among other issues. He also said he was not accountable to social media commentators who should instead be applauding the “political maturity” he had displayed with Kasukuwere.
