Harare City council (HCC) executives have been accused of arrogance and hiding their salaries from the city councilors.
Speaking at Town House on Monday, Councillor Peter Moyo said:
It is very unfortunate that we have been requesting the salaries for the executives since 2008 but we could not get it up to this day.
It is very unfortunate that this report is now coming before us but we don’t even know how their contracts look like; we have been crying for this kind of transparency since time immemorial.
