Zimra misses revenue collection target for half year up to June

The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (Zimra) has confirmed that it missed the revenue collection target by 6 percent for the half year up to June. This has been attributed to the poor performance of the economy in general. The first half’s revenue was $1,65 billion against a target of $1, 75 billion.

The revenue was also lower by 9,31 percent compared to the same period last year.
