Former Finance Minister and President of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Tendai Biti will present the State of the Economy Address (SEA). This is a response to the State of the Nation Address (SONA) by President Mugabe on Tuesday.
It will also come a day after the 2017 National Budget by Patrick Chinamasa. The budget will be presented today at parliament.
Gorden Moyo, the PDP secretary-general said:
Central to the address shall be PDP’s alternative economic policy and the preferred democratic transition mechanism.
