Higher Education Minister, Jonathan Moyo has accused The Herald columnist Nathaniel Manheru who is believed to be George Charamba of being mentally ill.
He said this while responding to a tweet by one Twitter user on what he thought about Nathaniel Manheru’s column in the Saturday’s Herald which seemed to attack him. Said Moyo:
