Musical sensation Tamy Moyo celebrates her birthday today. Here are five interesting things about her you probably did not know:
- Her full name is Thamsanqa Moyo
- Tamy was raised by her mother and grandfather. She started singing at 7 while she was in Grade Two at Lusitania Primary School. She later attended Westridge High School.
- At the age of 13 she shared the stage with international artists like Joe Thomas and rubbed shoulders with music super star, Oliver Mtukudzi, urban groovers like Stunner and Ba Shupi, as well as Alexio Kawara.
- At the same age she became the child ambassador for Childline Zimbabwe.
- Tamy released her first album called Celebrate Yo Lyf when she was 13.
