MDC-T secretary -general Douglas Mwonzora has accused Local Government Minister Saviour Kasukuwere of being intellectually challenged as the officials exchange barbs over who is responsible for the typhoid outbreak.
Mwonzora said:
It is a type of annoying arrogance that he is displaying. Actually, this has become a hallmark of this government, especially Kasukuwere who is struggling to get his law degree that he is doing very poorly
Instead of blaming the MDC-T, this government must concentrate on providing services to the people to avoid problems.
This came after Kasukuwere blamed the MDC- T run Harare City Council for the typhoid outbreak. The MDC-T on the other hand blame Kasukuwere for mismanaging the HCC.
