The Apex council, the umbrella body representing civil servants has served the government with notice that they will be holding a demonstration on Monday the 6th of March 2017. The Apex council accused the government of negotiating in bad faith on the issue of the civil servants’ 2016 bonuses.
The government is also accused of trying to impose its own agenda after conducting a ” phony survey.”
