Stanbic makes profit of $21 million despite 11 percent drop

Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe made a profit of $21,2 in 2016. This was an 11 percent drop in profit after tax from $23,9 million in 2015.

Income from fees and commission dropped seven percent from $36,1 million in 2015 to $33,5 million last year due to market-wide cash shortages as well as a bank charge reduction ordered by the central bank.
