Award winning musicians Oliver Mtukudzi and Jah Prayzah have been nominated for the South African Music Awards (SAMA) in the Best African Artist category.
They will battle it out with Nigerian artist Patoraking, Botswana’s Vee Mampeezy and South Africa’s Vuyo Katsha. The 23rd edition of thee SAMAs will be held in Sun City, South Africa on May 27. South African rapper Nasty C leads with six nominations including Album of The Year and Rap Album of The Year. He is followed by fellow rapper Kwesta and singer Amanda Black who have five and four nominations each.
