Mamaelodi Sundowns and Warriors winger Khama Billiat arrived at the Warrior’s training base at Yadah complex just before 4pm today in the company of former captain Peter Ndlovu who is also his team manager at his club.
Immediately after arriving Billiat left for scans with the Warriors team doctor and Ndlovu. Billiat who last played for Sundowns against Maritzburg United last month, on May 17 is out with an ankle injury. He is likely not to feature for the Warriors’ tie against Liberia.
On Monday, reports suggested that Ndlovu was blocking Billiat from travelling to Harare for medical assessment.
