Soccer Laduma reports that Mamelodi Sundowns will only release Khama Billiat if they secure the services of Phakamani Mahlambi from Bidvest Wits before the transfer window closes.
Sundowns previously revealed on their official website that Head Coach Pitso Mosimane has resigned himself to being without the services of Billiat when the transfer window closes on August, 31, but the club is yet to confirm whether or not they have received any more offers for the Billiat.
