Dynamos president Keni Mubaiwa said they pulled out of the deal to sell Christian Joel Ntouba Epoupa to Ajax Cape Town after they suspected the “agents” Louis Diefaiera and Patrick Mitangu of being fake.
Said Mubaiws:
We met a guy who introduced himself as Patrick who said he was from Ajax Cape Town. He asked us to de-register Christian first so that he becomes a free agent, before we can start any negotiations. We refused to that arrangement, we couldn’t take that risk. He then referred us to a Louis who they said is in Cape Town. He called us and try to negotiate but we told him the same thing that it was a huge risk to take.
