President Robert Mugabe has revealed that he has approved a USD3.6 million car budget for the leadership of Zanu-PF Youth League and the Women’s League. The cars are expected to arrive in late October or early November and will be used for the 2018 Elections. Speaking at the Zanu-PF Youth League National Assembly meeting in Harare on Saturday, Mugabe said:
