Alick Macheso and Paradzai Mesi will hold a joint show tonight at The Platinum in Mutare.
Venue owner Isau Mupfumi said that he was happy Macheso was helping out Mesi. Said Mupfumi:
We are happy with what Macheso has been doing. He is helping in bringing back Mesi into active music and we salute him. Macheso is popular here and most of his shows at the venue were fully packed. We are optimistic that this will also be a big show.
Macheso’s publicist Tich Makahamadze said they have prepared a special act for their fans in Mutare as a way of saluting them.
