21 people died in a road accident in the late hours of Saturday along the Tsholotsho-Sipepa Highway. The accident occured near the Jimila Business Centre after a truck belonging to the Ministry of Health and Child Care overturned. The truck is reported to have been carrying Anti-Malaria Control Teams.
Fifteen people died on the spot while another six died after admission at Tsholotsho District Hospital. Another 38 people were injured and admitted to Tsholotsho District Hospital and Mpilo Hospital.
