Former vice president and leader of the opposition National People’s Party (NPP) Joice Mujuru spoke to Voice of America about how she was attacked at a political rally. She also revealed details of her visit to former President Robert Mugabe, who she claims is now lonely as people have deserted him. Mugabe is reported to have asked Mujuru for forgiveness for firing her from the party and government in 2014.
