Helga Mubaiwa, mother-in-law to Vice President, Retired General Constantino Chiwenga is reported to be eying the Seke seat in the National Assembly. Helga, whose daughter Marry is married to the former Commander of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces (ZDF), has helped the local community in the construction of Whealerdale Clinic and St Hughes primary school.
Speaking at the completion of the school and the clinic, Manyame Rural District chairperson, Dickson Mudzara introduced Helga as the community’s next MP. Said Mudzara:
