Zimbabwe cricket all-rounder Sikandar Raza,31, has joined English side Shelley Cricket Club. The club which competes in the Drakes Huddersfield Cricket League said in a statement,
We are delighted to announce our new signing Sikandar Raza has arrived. Sikandar brings a wealth of talent and experience to Shelley having represented Zimbabwe in all three formats, including 10 tests & 85 ODIs. Welcome to Shelley Sikandar and good luck for the season.
The move comes at a time when Zimbabwe cricket national team players have threated to boycott the home triangular series involving Australia and Pakistan which is starting in July over unpaid allowances and bonuses.
