Kembo Mohadi To Address First Rally After Mnangagwa Rally Explosion

The Chronicle reports Vice President Kembo Mohadi is expected to address his first rally after sustaining undisclosed injuries during an explosion at a Zanu-PF rally held at White City Stadium in Bulawayo. Last week, President Mnangagwa said Mohadi and Oppah Muchinguri were taken to South Africa for treatment.

Mohadi is scheduled to address a rally at St Paul’s in Lupane on Wednesday morning and another one at the Tatazela grounds in Bubi in the afternoon. Acting President Constantino Chiwenga is expected to address a rally at Tsholotsho Centre on Wednesday morning before moving to Hwange to address another at the Colliery Stadium. On Thursday morning Chiwenga will address another rally at Binga Centre before addressing another in Nkayi in the afternoon.

In an interview with The Chronicle, Zanu-PF Matabeleland North provincial chairperson Richard Moyo yesterday confirmed the rallies saying the province was making final preparations to host the Vice Presidents.
