Dr John Mangudya issued the mid-term monetary policy in terms of section 46 of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe Act [Chapter 22:15]. The act mandates the Governor of the RBZ to present a statement which illustrates monetary policy measures pursued in the preceding six months and new measures to be pursued in the next six months period.
