Business Executive and member of the Presidential Advisory Council, Joe Mutizwa, has praised the recent agreements signed between Zimbabwe and Botswana. Speaking to the Herald, Mutizwa said:
I am very encouraged by the BNC, This is a positive development and I feel that Zimbabwe needs to strengthen its relations with neighbours now, more than any other time in the past because we are under an onslaught from other quarters,
It opens avenues for Zimbabwean industry to grow its operations, and it is my wish that the same relations are forged with other SADC nations so that we build an economic fortress
Botswana pledged to guarantee a the BWP1 billion credit facility by Botswana capital to Zimbabwe’s industry.
