- Victor Matemadanda – Secretary for the Commissariat
- Douglas Mahiya – Secretary for War Veterans
- Headman Moyo – Deputy secretary of War Veterans
- Zenzo Ncube – Deputy Director for War Veterans Affairs
- Patrick Chinamasa – Air Zimbabwe board chairman
