Edmore "Zikeeper" Sibanda Signs For Golden Arrows

Warriors goalkeeper, Edmore Sibanda has found a new home at South African Premier League side Golden Arrows FC.

Sibanda was part of the Warriors squad at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations and played the first match against Egypt before he was injured for subsequent games.

He has signed a two-year-deal with the Steve Komphela-coached side, according to his representative Nqobizitha Mlilo. He said:

He has signed, two years… He is over the moon. He will put all hands on deck. He will repay the chairlady Mato for the faith she has in him. The deal was easy. She was clear and determined that we reached a deal.

The way she treated Eddie has been more than professional and motherly. It has been heartwarming dealing with her. Eddie is ready to work.

KickOff.com claims that Abafana Bes’thende head coach, Komphela had been tracking the 32-year-old former Witbank Spurs player since his days at Bloemfontein Celtic.
